Job Requirements
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for long periods
- ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- high school diploma or equivalent
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- friendly and customer-oriented attitude
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- flexibility to work various shifts
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- create a great bar experience for customers and staff
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly
- adhere to health and safety procedures including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- assist servers in delivering an excellent dining experience
