Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- capability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- willingness to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 21 years per state law
- ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
- previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills and friendliness
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- commitment to following safety and hygiene standards
- basic math skills for handling cash and orders
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with staff and customers
- create a great bar experience by ensuring quality and timely service
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective equipment
- communicate effectively with servers and team members
- manage cleaning and stocking of the bar area
- handle customer requests and resolve any beverage-related issues
