Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to wipe down tables and booth seats
  • Ability to transport plates, glasses and trays multiple times per shift
  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
  • Mobility and full range of movement throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
  • Good balance and ability to bend, kneel and react swiftly
  • Able to respond quickly in emergencies

Job Duties

  • Mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and juices to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Serving and pouring wine, bottled beer and draft beer in proper glassware
  • Following all PLCB laws and responsible alcohol service policies
  • Interacting verbally with bar and dining guests to create a friendly atmosphere
  • Completing opening and closing side duties and checklists
  • Serving food and drinks to bar and dining guests
  • Slicing fruit and vegetable garnishes
  • Stocking bar supplies including juices, ice, alcohol, beer, and wine
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
  • Presenting guest checks and handling transactions
  • Processing employee and manager food orders
  • Relaying food orders to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system
  • Participating in promotional and charitable company activities
  • Performing operational tasks as assigned by management
