Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to wipe down tables and booth seats
Ability to transport plates, glasses and trays multiple times per shift
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
Mobility and full range of movement throughout the shift
Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift
Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
Good balance and ability to bend, kneel and react swiftly
Able to respond quickly in emergencies

Job Duties

Mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and juices to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Serving and pouring wine, bottled beer and draft beer in proper glassware
Following all PLCB laws and responsible alcohol service policies
Interacting verbally with bar and dining guests to create a friendly atmosphere
Completing opening and closing side duties and checklists
Serving food and drinks to bar and dining guests
Slicing fruit and vegetable garnishes
Stocking bar supplies including juices, ice, alcohol, beer, and wine
Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
Presenting guest checks and handling transactions
Processing employee and manager food orders
Relaying food orders to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system
Participating in promotional and charitable company activities
Performing operational tasks as assigned by management
