Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to wipe down tables and booth seats
- Ability to transport plates, glasses and trays multiple times per shift
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
- Mobility and full range of movement throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
- Good balance and ability to bend, kneel and react swiftly
- Able to respond quickly in emergencies

Job Duties
- Mixing ingredients such as liquor, soda, water and juices to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Serving and pouring wine, bottled beer and draft beer in proper glassware
- Following all PLCB laws and responsible alcohol service policies
- Interacting verbally with bar and dining guests to create a friendly atmosphere
- Completing opening and closing side duties and checklists
- Serving food and drinks to bar and dining guests
- Slicing fruit and vegetable garnishes
- Stocking bar supplies including juices, ice, alcohol, beer, and wine
- Maintaining cleanliness of the bar area
- Presenting guest checks and handling transactions
- Processing employee and manager food orders
- Relaying food orders to the kitchen using the point-of-sale system
- Participating in promotional and charitable company activities
- Performing operational tasks as assigned by management
