Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Job Duties
- Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time's Steps of Service
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests
- Know the menu inside and out and make great recommendations
- Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials
- Run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests
- Support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked
- Operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately
- Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork
- Maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards
- Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistently
