This particular role is for a bartender position within Topgolf. The bartender will play a crucial part in delivering an outstanding guest experience by preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The position demands excellent customer service skills, proficiency in mixology, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The role is tip-eligible with a pay range starting at $10.00 per hour. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to meet legal and company standards for alcohol service.

In addition to mixing drinks, the bartender will interact warmly with guests, taking and delivering orders with professionalism and friendliness to ensure guest satisfaction. The bartender is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and properly cleaning glassware, to provide a safe and hygienic environment. Responsible alcohol service is paramount, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and company policies.

The bartender will also monitor guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Preparation of garnishes, setting up the service areas, and collaborating closely with bar team members and other staff are essential to seamless daily operations. Cash handling and accurate processing of payments using the point-of-sale system are critical components of the job.

Job Requirements

  • Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law
  • Minimum age of 21 years
