Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
- Certification in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Minimum age of 21 years

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns
- Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service
