Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a bartender with craft cocktail expertise
Knowledge of wine, beer, and mixology
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certification in responsible alcohol service preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails with precision and creativity
Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Manage bar inventory, including ordering and stock rotation
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
Offer wine and beer recommendations to guests, leveraging your knowledge to enhance their experience
Stay updated on current trends in mixology and beverage offerings
