Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending, bar back, server, or similar role preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be of legal drinking age and able to serve alcohol responsibly
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a similar restaurant front-of-house position preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink preparation and mixology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- Be the face of Top Dawg Tavern and answer customer questions about menu items and beverage options
- Take and serve orders accurately
- Make and mix cocktails
- Pour drinks responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Issue bills and accept payments
