Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions
- Required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
- Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Black slip-resistant shoes required
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide a welcoming and positive guest experience
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in food and beverage preparation, POS transactions, and compliance with standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to resolve guest concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally
- Understanding alcohol laws, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Ability to adjust to changing guest needs and operational demands
- Consistently punctual, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar assigned including equipment and glassware
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws
- Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed throughout shifts
- Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times
- Assist in opening and closing duties including setup and breakdown of the bar assigned
- Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
