Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all beverages according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering refills and clearing unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
