Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as required
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk 100 percent of shift
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy and fast-paced settings
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently

- able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- knowledge of food and beverage service
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and suggest solutions
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain accurate financial transactions and operate credit card machines
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and manage intoxicated guests
- assess guest demeanor and notify management as needed
- follow bar recipes to control costs and ensure consistency
- maintain clean stations and set up or take down tables
- greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders
- maintain thorough knowledge of menu items
- enter orders correctly into Micros system
- complete sales and station duties during shifts
- operate Micros and handle credit transactions accurately
- deliver garnished food trays to designated areas
- work quickly and efficiently
- participate in incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening and closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- support other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery
- maintain good working relationships with team members
- effectively communicate with guests and team
- maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
- work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- comply with dress code and professional appearance standards
- be at least 18 years old
