- Minimum 1 year experience bartending in a bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of local New Jersey craft beer, wine and spirits
- Basic math skills
- Organizational skills
- Hospitality skills
- Service skills
- Time-management skills
- Interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to organize
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 20 pounds
- Stamina to work long hours as needed

Job Duties
- Opening and closing the bar
- Polishing glassware and silverware
- Restocking the bar
- Maintaining cash registers, change banks and petty cash
- Making fresh juices, syrups, infusions and garnishes
- Serving food and beverages responsibly and professionally
- Helping maintain inventory of beer, wine, spirits
