- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- comfortable standing for extended periods
- able to perform active physical tasks throughout the shift
- endurance to maintain pace during long or high-volume shifts

- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- ability to thrive in popular, fast-paced environments

- knowledge of responsible beverage service and certifications where required by law
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality
- create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with players and recommending drinks
- upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready for operations
- collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service
- maintain safety and sanitation standards in the bar area
- embody Topgolf's core values daily
