Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting
  • Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
  • TIPS or ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to multitask and maintain cleanliness
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for events and peak times

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Engage with residents and guests to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar compliant with health and safety standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering bar supplies
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and following guidelines
  • Assist with special events such as themed nights and community gatherings
  • Collaborate with property management to align bar services with community needs
