  • Extensive cocktail beer and wine knowledge
  • Experience in food and beverage service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Create a memorable experience for guests through food and drink suggestions prompt and accurate service and a great attitude
  • Have Alcohol Service Certification
  • Answer all menu and service-related questions with accuracy professionalism and confidence
  • Set up bar execute prep work and tear down bar at end of shift
  • Maintain extensive cocktail beer and wine knowledge and follow all recipes precisely
  • Constantly monitor and maintain food and drink standards for recipe production appearance correctness quality and safety
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions with point-of-sale system
