Love for the restaurant industry
Ability to follow detailed directions

Ability to handle cash credit and gift card transactions with accuracy

Job Qualifications

Alcohol Service Certification
Extensive cocktail beer and wine knowledge
Experience in food and beverage service industry preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
Commitment to high standards and company core values

Job Duties

Create a memorable experience for guests through food and drink suggestions prompt and accurate service and a great attitude
Have Alcohol Service Certification
Answer all menu and service-related questions with accuracy professionalism and confidence
Set up bar execute prep work and tear down bar at end of shift
Maintain extensive cocktail beer and wine knowledge and follow all recipes precisely
Constantly monitor and maintain food and drink standards for recipe production appearance correctness quality and safety
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions with point-of-sale system
