Job Requirements
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- completed alcohol awareness training
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- legal age to serve alcohol
- open availability to work varying shifts
- previous bartending experience preferred
Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a sincere greeting
- Exceed guest expectations
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes
- Safely and effectively transport food or beverage
- Stock the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
- Effectively service a full bar top
- Responsible for the bar cash drawer
- Maintain the security of all bar stock
- Able to move and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy
- Completed alcohol awareness training
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
- Follow all rules, policies and procedures
- Get along well with others and be a team player
- Other duties assigned as needed
