Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- availability to work weekend brunch shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- legal age to serve alcohol

Job Duties
- At Toast To That, brunch should feel like a celebration — whether guests are catching up with friends, enjoying family time, or starting their weekend
- Bartenders at Toast To That are responsible for preparing cocktails, specialty beverages, and espresso drinks while delivering excellent guest service
- This role works closely with servers and the bar team to ensure drinks are prepared quickly and consistently during busy brunch service
- Bartenders also play an important role in creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests seated at the bar
- Beverage Preparation
- Prepare cocktails, mimosas, and specialty drinks according to restaurant standards
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Prepare espresso drinks and specialty coffee beverages
- Maintain consistency in drink recipes and presentation
- Guest Service
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests at the bar
- Answer questions about cocktails and menu items
- Make beverage recommendations to guests and servers
- Maintain a welcoming and energetic bar atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar ingredients, garnishes, and glassware
- Assist with bar prep including juices, fruit, and mixers
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work closely with servers and food runners during service
- Support bar team members during busy shifts
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
