Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
- minimum 1 year closely related bartending experience
- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation
- ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions
- ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for job functions
- cash handling experience preferred
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits preparation
- ability to interact in a friendly and outgoing manner
- ability to read, speak, and comprehend instructions and customer communication

- customer service and cash handling experience preferred
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food orders
- provide information about products and attempt to upsell
- follow recipes and product directions for mixing beverages
- collect payments and operate cash registers
- follow alcohol awareness procedures and address intoxicated guests
- ensure a clean, sanitized and well-stocked bar
- adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
