Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team

- High school education or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of bar experience
- Knowledge of spirits and wine
- Ability to create craft artisan cocktails and specialty drinks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Hotel experience preferred
- Basic math skills to operate cash register and handle transactions
- Good communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Make cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking of all inventory
- Maintain stock, cut, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure product quality
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document drink orders
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Abide by all state, federal, and corporate regulations pertaining to alcohol service
- Input orders into point of sale register and create checks for each guest
- Receive cash, make change, verify charges, and balance cash register
- Lock and store all beverage and food equipment securely and handle cash deposits
- Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
