Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- a current required state alcohol-server license e.g. TABC TIPS ABLE
- open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs
- must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- must be able to bend stretch twist or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels

- knowledge of cocktail preparation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules and varied hours depending on business needs
Job Duties
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner ensuring a welcoming environment
- mix and serve cocktails following Torchy's recipes maintaining quality and consistency
- learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- provide prompt and efficient service handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need
- keep the bar area clean and organized restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
