Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Work in environments with both hot and cold temperatures such as freezers and around cooking equipment
- Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Dressed in proper dress code, neat, clean and professional at all times
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- Skilled in effectively communicating with guests to generate enthusiasm about the D&B experience
- Able to read and communicate in English
- Friendly demeanor with ability to smile frequently
- Ability to operate Micros point of sale system
- Knowledge of bar and food menu items and their preparation
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company’s sanitation procedures
- Maintain responsibility for personal bank and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
- Greet newly seated guests in a friendly and timely manner
