Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old per state law
- ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- ability to wear protective gloves and face coverings throughout shift
- ability to frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap
- ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively
- flexible availability for various shifts
Job Qualifications
- at least 21 years old
- effective communication skills
- experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of drink recipes and bar tools
- commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties
- mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- ensure drinks meet established standards
- create a welcoming bar experience for customers and staff
- communicate effectively with team members and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- comply with all health and safety regulations
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
