Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to transport plates, glasses, and baskets multiple times per shift
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and comply with health protocols
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- Commitment to effective communication and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Duties
- Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming bar environment for staff and customers
- Communicate effectively with servers and other team members to ensure efficient service
- Ensure all bar areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Handle transportation of plates, glasses, and baskets between dining rooms, bar, and kitchen
- Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- Provide excellent customer service to create a great bar experience
