Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of bartending experience with full bar
ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications required
Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment
Great communication skills
Flexible working hours including nights, holidays and weekends

Job Duties

Greet guests who approach all bar area immediately with a smile and warm hospitality, embodying nice and amazing service
Demonstrate passion and commitment by rapidly and accurately taking food and beverage orders and using selling maximizations for every guest
Create a unique and amazing experience for guests by possessing full knowledge of bar and menu items and being able to make recommendations
Check patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements, 21 or order, for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for server orders, patrons of the bar, lobby and lounge following standard recipes
Clean as you go including glasses, utensils, bar equipment, and bussing tables
Implement alcohol service and safety training, including but not limited to the following: ensuring that alcohol is consumed in designated areas only, not over serving an intoxicated guest, and do not hesitate to ask for management intervention if necessary
Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
Keep Bar Supervisor up to date on inventory levels
Wash and sanitize all stemware
Process all payments correctly and promptly to ensure they have a smooth transition into the theater
Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
Complete all opening, mid and closing procedures- including but not limited to side work
Other duties as assigned
