In this role, you will be an integral part of ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Primary responsibilities include preparing and rolling clean silverware for service, maintaining cleanliness in the bar area, clearing tables and bar spaces promptly, and following health and safety regulations rigorously. You will be tasked with engaging with guests, responding promptly and professionally to their needs, escalating any issues constructively to management, and collaborating closely with teammates to create a seamless dining experience. The role also requires the ability to serve and pour alcohol legally, read recipes accurately to prepare drinks to standard, assist with food running, and maintain the overall ambiance of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies

  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Roll clean silverware for service
  • Remove dirty utensils, plates, drinks from bar
  • Clean and reset bar after guests leave
  • Sweep bar area, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
  • Able to assist guests from beginning to end of dining experience
  • Able to escalate guest issues to management and resolve problems in a constructive way
  • Able to communicate well with other teammates to ensure all guest needs are met
  • Legally able to serve and pour alcohol in your state
  • Ability to read recipes and make drinks according to standards
  • Help with food running
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow manager directions throughout a shift
  • Able to interact with guests and help with guest needs
