- Previous bartending or related experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with bartending
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Good communication skills

- You'll deliver warm, attentive, and safe service, ensuring every guest feels like family
- Our bartenders excel at creating loyal patrons by expertly guiding them through our extensive beverage selections, including Italian wines, classic cocktails, and refreshing non-alcoholic options, all perfectly paired with our delicious food
- Bartenders at Olive Garden are key to delighting and serving our guests, playing a vital role in their overall dining experience
- You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and bar equipment
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the cleanliness of bar tools and serving areas
