Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age requirement as per state liquor laws
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Basic math skills to handle cash and payments
Job Duties
- Craft each alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage with excellence for our Guests
- Prepare the bar for service by restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to and comply with all state/local liquor laws
- Stay Guest focused and nurture an excellent Guest experience
- Be a true team player and support other Front-of-House positions as needed
- Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills
