- Ability to use POS system effectively

Job Duties
- Meet and greet members and guests warmly and professionally
- Review customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of bartending station
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Comply with state and local food and beverage regulations
- Refer major problems or complaints to manager or assistant manager
- Perform other duties as required
