  • Ability to communicate member needs clearly
  • Ability to keep bar area organized and stocked
  • Positive attitude while on the job
  • Ability to use POS system effectively
  • Minimum age 21

  • Basic math skills
  • Computer literacy to use POS system

  • Ability to stand for 6-8 hours
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain neat and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Meet and greet members and guests warmly and professionally
  • Review customers' identification to confirm legal drinking age
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Follow procedures for proper opening and closing of bartending station
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Comply with state and local food and beverage regulations
  • Refer major problems or complaints to manager or assistant manager
  • Perform other duties as required
