Job Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, and responsible alcohol service required
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
- Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking
- Occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed, push up to 75 pounds as needed
- Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Responsible alcohol service certification or knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate
- Ensure responsible alcohol service, monitoring guest consumption and follow all local laws and hotel policies
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including counters, sinks, shelves, and glassware
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, and supplies throughout the shift
