Job Requirements

Previous bartending experience required
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, and responsible alcohol service required
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays
Must tolerate prolonged periods of standing, walking
Occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed, push up to 75 pounds as needed
Must tolerate exposure to cleaning solutions

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience
Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
Responsible alcohol service certification or knowledge
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders in a timely manner
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate
Ensure responsible alcohol service, monitoring guest consumption and follow all local laws and hotel policies
Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues quickly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including counters, sinks, shelves, and glassware
Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, and supplies throughout the shift
