Job Requirements
- Legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to maintain energy and endurance in a high-volume work environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience behind the bar in a hospitality or entertainment setting

Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they’ll love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and operational
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance player experiences
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service and ensure every player feels like a VIP
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant
- Live the Topgolf values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring daily
- Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and maintaining endurance during high-volume shifts
