Job Duties
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- craft a variety of beverages including classic cocktails and original creations
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation
- provide friendly, efficient service to guests
- demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines
- engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
- manage inventory and restock bar supplies
- process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer

- stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology
