- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of various beers and cocktails
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Duties

- Guide guests through beverage menu and offer recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar environment
- Provide attentive and friendly service to all guests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and process payment transactions
- Uphold the company culture by embodying the House Rules
