Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a bartender
- Extensive knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Must be a team player who is willing to assist in other areas when needed
- Experience in a restaurant or other food service position is very helpful, but not required
- If you do not currently have base access at MCB Camp Lejeune, a background check is required

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant customers
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets all legal requirements
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food, beverage, and base regulations
