- State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain energetic, friendly, and fun demeanor
- Work as a team to serve guests better
- Ensure compliance with state beverage service certifications
