Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
- Commitment to following health and safety procedures
- Willingness to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of mixing beverages and cocktail preparation
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Communicate effectively with servers and management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer transactions and process payments
- Stock and replenish bar supplies
