Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area including regular sanitization of guest and team member touchpoints
  • Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Master cocktail, beer, and wine recipes to meet guest expectations
  • Monitor beverage inventory and communicate supply needs to management
  • Support training and development efforts within the team
