- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area including regular sanitization of guest and team member touchpoints
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
- Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Master cocktail, beer, and wine recipes to meet guest expectations
- Monitor beverage inventory and communicate supply needs to management
- Support training and development efforts within the team
