Job Requirements
- Able to operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
- Stands during entire shift
- Frequent immersion of hands in water every five minutes
- Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant
- Transports glass racks cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required
- Must have ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four hours in length
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as bartender or mixologist preferred
- Basic reading, writing and math skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate bar equipment such as blenders and frozen drink machines
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications
- Operate blenders, frozen drink machines, and other bar equipment
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down tabletops, table legs, picking up debris, and cleaning booth seats
- Stand during entire shift
- Transport glass racks and cases up to 25 pounds multiple times per shift
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
