Job Requirements
- Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and techniques
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills

Job Duties
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- maintain knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- greet customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on preferences
- build relationships with regular patrons to create a welcoming atmosphere
- handle payments, operate cash registers, and manage tabs accurately
- ensure proper recording of sales and compliance with tipping policies
- monitor and restock bar inventory, including liquor, mixers, and supplies
- conduct inventory checks and communicate stock needs to management
- keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glasses and equipment
- follow all food and beverage safety regulations
- work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- participate in staff meetings and training sessions
