Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Commitment to personal hygiene and workplace safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience as a bartender or in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and bartending techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and attentive service to both staff and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
- Contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable bar experience
