High school diploma or equivalent
prior bartending or hospitality experience preferred
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies
capacity to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
basic math and cash handling skills

You'll deliver warm, attentive, and safe service, ensuring every guest feels like family
Our bartenders excel at creating loyal patrons by expertly guiding them through our extensive beverage selections, including Italian wines, classic cocktails, and refreshing non-alcoholic options, all perfectly paired with our delicious food
Bartenders at Olive Garden are key to delighting and serving our guests, playing a vital role in their overall dining experience
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all recipes and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, including glassware, ingredients, and bar equipment
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, making recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring the cleanliness of bar tools and serving areas
