Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have a valid bartending license or certification where required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a luxury dining or high-volume environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with local and state alcohol laws and responsible serving practices
Job Duties
- Deliver an ultimate luxury dining experience by handcrafting imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations that meet or exceed expectations
- Take accurate orders and provide friendly and attentive service that encourages guest return
- Ensure the bar is stocked, clean, and maintained according to health and safety standards
- Uphold the highest safety and sanitation practices to protect team members and guests
