Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting
- Food Handler's Card
- TIPS certification or equivalent

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Conflict resolutions skills and ability to think quickly under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- As Bartender, you’ll be the heart of the bar experience—crafting drinks, engaging guests, and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere
- You’ll manage bar operations, support team members, and deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages using standard recipes and accommodating guest preferences
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
- Set up and maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing bar area
- Slice and prepare garnishes, ensuring freshness and presentation standards
- Conduct monthly inventory counts and ensure accurate reporting
- Adhere to all state and local alcohol service regulations, including proper ID verification for all guests
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns with a solution focused approach
- Present menus, offer recommendations, and upselling beverages and appetizers to enhance the guest experience
- Work closely with restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members on bar standards and service excellence
- Follow all Resolute Road Hospitality policies and procedures, brand standards, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance that reflects Resolute Road Hospitality’s commitment to service excellence
- Perform other duties as assigned
