Job Duties
- Bartenders are responsible for bar execution, guest engagement, and sales performance
- This role requires applying CHEERS consistently while delivering efficient service, strong product knowledge, and meaningful guest connections
- Cheerful Prompt Greet: Acknowledge guests immediately and introduce yourself
- Hospitality First: Create a welcoming, attentive bar experience
- Engage Guests: Build rapport, learn names, and create connection
- Ease Their Needs: Anticipate refills, food pairings, pacing, and preferences
- Ready for 'Em: Maintain bar flow, cleanliness, and organization
- Swipe That Card - Say Goodbye: Close interactions with intention and warmth
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Drive sales through confident recommendations and product knowledge
- Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitation, and opening/closing duties
- Support servers and FOH leadership to maintain service flow
