Job Requirements
- Must have alcohol dispensing certification
- Minimum of one year bartending experience in restaurant business
- Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to 4 hours
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Must follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Must adhere to PCI credit card compliance
- Capable of working in a team environment

Job Duties
- Inspire legendary experiences between friends for guests by creating an atmosphere of happiness and community
- Use up-selling techniques to enhance guest experience
- Build positive and professional relationships with guests
- Bring unruly guest behavior to the manager's attention
- Promote teamwork and cooperation within the company
- Support and assist team members
- Set up, maintain, and operate the bar following standardized recipes and procedures
- Prepare garnishes for freshness and quality
- Take and accurately input drink and food orders
- Ensure correct delivery of drinks and food to guests
- Collect payment and provide correct change
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists daily
- Maintain displays of liquor and glasses
- Check guest identification ensuring minimum age requirements
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Ensure PCI credit card compliance
- Unload deliveries and stock items in assigned locations
- Perform other duties as assigned
