Job Requirements

Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts from 4pm to close
Strong and efficient work ethic
Knowledge of pour-cost control
Ability to complete opening/closing duties including prep/checklist
Adhere to cash handling policies and ability to perform credit card charges
Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Job Qualifications

Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
Computer literacy
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Relevant training certificate

Job Duties

Prepare both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
