Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- food and beverage restaurant or banquet service experience
- ability to work full time 2nd shift
- willingness to obtain food safety certification within 30 days
- willingness to obtain Texas alcohol beverage certification within 30 days
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Food and beverage restaurant or banquet service experience
- bartender experience preferred
- two years food and beverage experience preferred in high volume facility
- excellent customer service skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- food safety certification required within 30 days of starting
- Texas alcohol beverage certification required within 30 days of starting
- certifications must be re-certified as needed
Job Duties
- Set up bar to include proper glassware for beverages offered
- requisition beverages needed for length of time of function
- gather mixers needed and prepare garnishes when needed
- make all drinks for guests and service staff in a timely manner
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized work environment
- properly maintain inventories and costing concerning all beverage products
- return all beverages to proper storage areas in proper containers and complete inventory sheet
