Job Requirements
- hs diploma or GED certificate preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years of age in OK, VA and NC
- food handler and state alcohol certificate required
- previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- must be able to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Duties
- greet all guests as they enter the bar area
- take orders and properly ring in sales using a POS station and/or handheld POS device
- know the full restaurant and bar menu, make thoughtful menu suggestions
- knowledgeable of upcoming movies, advanced ticket sales and all promotions
- check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their order and service
- deliver food and drinks to tables, bus tables
- follow all food and alcohol safety guidelines
- maintaining a clean, safe and clutter free environment
- clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment
- maintaining cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations
- complete all opening, closing and side-work duties
- other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
