Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or related role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in the applicable state

Job Duties
- Master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Deliver genuine hospitality and exceptional guest service
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints
- Maintain a clean and safe bar and restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with inventory and stocking of bar supplies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company standards
