Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with bartending in the casual restaurant industry is required
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's specifications
- Serve food and beverages directly to guests when necessary
- Make friendly and personal connections with guests to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Set the pace with attentive and efficient service
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Proactively address and resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
