Job Requirements

  • must have 2 years of high-volume, fine dining experience with strong knowledge of drink preparation
  • must have excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
  • must have a valid TX Food Handlers Certification
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • must be authorized to work in the United States
  • must be able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • must have attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of high-volume, fine dining bartending experience
  • excellent understanding of classic bartending techniques
  • valid TX Food Handlers Certification
  • 21 years of age or older
  • authorized to work in the United States
  • able to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
  • mix drinks accurately and quickly following all drink recipes
  • stock/restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
  • maintain a clean and sanitary workplace
  • ensure compliance of all health and safety regulations
  • process payments adhering to cash handling and credit policies keeping proper track of all guest credit cards
  • perform all opening and closing duties as assigned
  • other tasks as assigned by manager
